I had never heard that watercolor is hard until your class, and when I started to try myself after watching your demonstration I found that it’s so true, but had not been said so much, which is quite weird as I looked back. I grew up thinking watercolor is a somehow more accessible material, but drawing (to use watercolor as coloring to a finished line drawing?) is one thing, painting is another, I guess. 

So, I tried and got disheartened and tried the second time. I found that, due to many factors, I can’t quite do the same as the demonstration, so I had my own experiments. It actually got me thinking, maybe there is not an “orthodox” set of watercolor technics, but one need to find a way on their own. Of course, I still have so much to learn about this material. Watching your demonstration is a pleasure.
