I got a bit carried away with the lines and the paints on this one and it went from simple to abstract, but I was very much inspired with this lesson I had to give it a go. I'll definitely do some more and aim to keep them simple.

 

The vase below was done a few hours after posting the one above. This time with black and white flowers. Painted using Van Gogh 'dusk' series of paints and some normal red & yellow paints to add 'pop' to the picture.
