Enjoyable class. I watched it all the way through before attempting to paint. Disha’s step by step process was easy to follow and watching how she blended the color with a clean brush and built up color by adding layers was very helpful. Walking through the process to turn your iPad into a light table was a bonus! I used Disha’s template for the first painting and then traced the pink flower on the iPad using a photo I found on Pinterest. Next will be my own photo that I will take on a walk through the neighborhood! With practice, I hope to make the colors more vibrant and be able to create my own interesting composition.
