My project is an intuitive mixed media piece, starting with a thin layer of white gesso, adding some acrylic paint, then pieces of collage created on a gelli plate, using bubble wrap to make a pattern. I did some squiggly marks and added stamps and a stencil, a dried leaf and grass.

I’m learning how to create abstract art. 

My altered book/art journal is called Summer Sonate. Nature is important to me, it is where my heart lies and where my art roams.
