Here are all my projects I designed for Tim Wilson's Intermediate Course on Affinity Designer. I've been using Affinity as a hobby for the last couple years, and I really liked this course and the experience and ideas it gave me to create some interesting projects. Thanks Tim!

Here's the first project he gave for the course, a social media ad for a Hot Air Balloon company. I tried to make the text blend in with the photo and shadow some of the light source. I don't know how modern it turned out, but I like it.
For the infographic project, I copied Jim's idea of a 'Whale Tail' hotel, but instead of upscale and high class, to me it sounded more like a Hedonism, Temptations or a Sandals style resort. So my design went and catered for that sort of clientele.
I had some trouble with using iOS 12 Assets that are suppose to come with Affinity.. for some odd reason, I don't have them in my Assets list and I couldn't find a download or source to use them. So I went Plain Jane, but still completed the project. I went with a Wheat Soda.. for the love of god, I hope nobody copies my idea! Think of the children!!

Thanks again Tim for the great course, I think I learned a new thing or two about Affinity! especially using text and typography. There was so much I wasn't utilizing til now.
