Turn off all, mindfullness, attack in the morning!
Firstly I turned off almost all notifications and all marketing/social/blog emails to avoid distractions.
I have already been using TODOIST as my trusted system. That was the reason why I took this course.
The most critical thing I learned or I remembered from the course is our attention is also a very limited source that should be managed wisely like our time. So I began mindfulness exercises to regain my focus throughout the day.
Thirdly, I spare morning 9-12 for my most significant tasks because I have energy and more attention.
