One Irish lady, one Spanish man, one Spanish lady. All three working in a room with no others. Spanish male is in Supervisor role. Spanish are close friends and resort to speaking Spanish. Irish lady feels they are talking about her and laughing. She has extremely serious home issues and there is clear animosity towards each side. As overall Manager the home issues are too sensitive to relay to the two Spanish. The three are a team and while their roles do not overlap they are specialised and others cannot be dropped in as replacements. Therefor reallocation is not an option. The three have only been working together for a few months. The Spanish knew each other from outside work.
