Good and Bad Habits - student project

A bad habit of mine was spending way too much time on my phone and not even being very productive with my screentime. Luckily, I ended up dropping my phone one time and I couldn't use it any more effectively ending that habit. I decided to replace my extra time by going more often to a mixed martial arts gym. The transition to being used to not having a phone was pretty seamless and I felt like I had no choice but to be consistent given I did not have a phone at the time. When I get a new one, I'll be glad to have picked up the good habit of training.
