Paul Auster as a black and white linocut

I edited the selected photo for lack of Photoshop with Snapseed and then a bit with the on-board apps of my Mac, transferred to the lino block using Acrylic medium, colored everything lightly with acrylic ink and cut. The remnants of paper, medium and paint then carefully sanded smooth and placed the block on my Ritualis press.

Perhaps the most satisfying moment in the overall process: when the block is carefully colored for the first time and the result is visible.

This was so much fun! Thank you so much!
