This is the first time I am sketching only in black, white and grey values. I have tried to be quick and loose (only my eye level with a ruler), so it only took 1 hour to complete. I also used a fude pen which is challenging to use. I used india/china ink, not graphite. I did this in my SM.LT art paper mixed media 200gsm sketchbook which endured the work (no bleeding). *Edit:, decided to paint the chair and added a couple of accents in red watercolour. I felt daring!
