Etsy Print on Demand Success: Build a Profitable Store with Printify

Looks great so far! Consider using Printify instead of Printful, profit margins are WAY better. You will lose a lot in the long run with Printful.

Yeh I'm realising that now and feel like the whole thing was a waste of time! :( :(

It definitely isn't, you need to be consistent and keep working on your store and add winners by following the guidelines. Without using paid Ads in the beginning it is hard to drive sales if you're a beginner and you don't know what sells and what doesn't.

Also, the most sold products when it comes to Print on Demand are T-Shirts - you shouldn't focus on anything else besides T-Shirts when you're just starting out (you can add other products if you want as extras but you shouldn't focus on anything besides T-Shirts).

You can't give up after 1 week, you need to keep working on your store - my first few months of selling on Etsy were not great either, but I added around 800 designs in my store (not winning designs cause I was just buying designs from random websites).
Be patient and keep working on it but focus on ONE product. This is the easiest E-Commerce platform that you will ever find, be patient and consistent and you will see results. Conclusion - focus only on T-Shirts - add about 100 designs, and start running Ads.
Only add designs that respect the criteria of a winning product.

Ok but are T-shirts for kids or babies relevant or just adult? I don't want to add things to my store that aren't suitable for my brand. Also I'm wondering why people would want to buy T-shirts on Etsy when there is such a variety in every store for cheaper...

T-Shirts for babies are totally ok, but a better idea would be to sell matching shirts for mom/dad/baby (this way you also increase your sales). Well, people buy T-Shirts on Etsy because they have a HUGE VARIETY of designs and they don't have to jump from one store to another in order to find what they like and the prices are also decent. Also, a general store is better than a niche store overall, you don't have to limit yourself to 1 niche (though the baby niche is evergreen and a good choice overall).
You have to understand that you must treat this as your business, and a business doesn't grow overnight, consistency is what matters the most - keep adding products and run Ads to test if your products are potential winners or not (though the best choice would be to make similar designs that your competition is already selling well).

Haha ok thanks. I'm just impatient, especially as my time is very limited with a full time job and an 8 month old baby! 

So far, the items that have been viewed and favourited the most are the beanbags so I thought maybe I should focus on them, but I guess it's worth adding some tshirts to see how it goes. 

Do you have a recommendation of the best quality tshirts for the price on Printify?

No worries, totally understandable, haha :D. Patience is key in this like any other business so just try to stay consistent and work on it every week. Just judge the print providers by the rating and you will be good to go, but make sure that you pick the ones with the most competitive price - I recommend SwiftPod &amp; MonsterDigital, I worked with these 2 the most.
