Spaceships aren't my thing but bugs are. I regret not working from a photo reference of an actual bug although I did begin with an actual spaceship sketch, but like I said, I wasn't feeling it. I love the approach of working with global colors, the value checker layer (I will definitely use in the future!) and also working in interchangeable modules.

I totally get now why the multiple copies of the same shapes. Using the overlay mode made it SO easy to change and edit colors.

The details are fun, and it's easy to never be done!
