Angela, you have captured the concepts perfectly! I read LeAnne's reply here and I love it! I, too, am at an age where my hands have a slight tremor and I can't go without reading glasses. The stabilization tools are such a great asset in Procreate and I wish all programs had them.

Hi Angela, glad you’re still persevering. The stabilisation tools in brushstudio have been heavensent for me to reduce shaky lines - as and when I need to, I pull up streamlining / stabilisation ( but draw slower as the brush stiffens ). This is very much what we do in calligraphy. Also, i do often use the select-automatic to pick up a patch - it keeps me from painting out of perimeters. It’s like alphalock except i seldom use alphalock as it requires existing filled pixels. It’s funny I was wondering yesterday how many years my eyes can read quickly out of my 10.5in ipad … the 12.9 is so crazy pricey, argh. Ahhh… the joys of aging …

another wonderful class with Delores.My shaky old hands are as good as they used to be but love doing this artwork. Thanks Delores for the brushes and class. Hope to do more.
