Gabe's Motivation Project

Assignment 0: Pick a goal --> Have a clean organized house

Assignment 1: Find your true purpose --> So that I can rest and spend quality time with others.

How would your life change once you reach your goal? --> I would be happier.

What do you feel when you read your answer? --> I feel like laughing...joyful

Why do I want this? --> To help give me the energy to function and clarity of mind to function in my day-to-day life.

How would that change my life? --> I could be more present with myself and others in a confident authentic calm loving way.

What would this look like? --> Sitting and talking with friends and family, being more effective with my business, having the space to host community events, going for walks, and admiring nature.

How would that make me feel? --> at peace and satisfied

Assignment 2: Turn the world into your motivator -->

1. My desk is important for functioning well

2. Trees remind me that I want to have time to admire nature.

3. The Bathroom and Kitchen are essential for good hosting.

4. The sky is one of my favorite aspects of nature and gives me a feeling pf freedom and happiness.

5. People who walk into our home remind me that I want to spend quality time with myself and others.
