After seeing loose florals all over the internet for over a year, I finally decided to take the plunge and learn to paint them myself.

Mind you, my painting style has been anything but 'loose' and 'free' all this time. I am a sucker for structure and clear lines, so this was indeed a break-down-your-mental-block moment.

 

So I started somewhere here...

Pulling out some new paints for this new style.

I couldn't have asked for a better teacher than Viddhi for this. Her way of teaching is so easy to follow, and the final painting only shows how much I loved painting these florals.
