Gerbera flower

Hello !

Here is a part of my project, I'm so sorry I can't share with you all the process : my computer is broken and I don't have access easily to another one right now.

---------

I painted butterflies for the first project with acrylics. I started with acrylic gouache, but finally, I ended with my gouache Linel... I love her so much !

I made lots of comparison with all the acrylics I have, and I can confirm, low cost acrylics aren't good at all. First, I started with them, and I didn't like working with acrylics. Now I discovered serious brand acrylics, I found this paint more pleasant !

I'm sorry I can't document the process.

----------

Here is the project for the second part, watercolor + acryl gouache.

I have to say, you were right Alanna : I have a lot of supplies that I don't use. My Turner gouache was so expensive with the delivery, every time I think my art doesn't "deserve" it. But I forced me, and I'm not disappointed by the result !! Thank you !

I paint a gerbera which was waiting in a jar.

I used :

- first layer : watercolor : W&N crimson alizarine + sennelier red sennelier

- 2nd layer turner acrylic gouache : permanent red, green, white

- Caran d'ache : watercolor pencils for the outline
