Hi again Siobhan! Thanks for another great course. I particularly enjoy this workflow, especially the technique using Adobe color to pick out a palette, and then using it to create thumbnail sketches. I also like how this method is a bit looser than the techniques you've shown before, as it results in a more painterly result.

For my initial painting with the towers, I was really excited and inspired by my sketch, but as I got to work on the actual painting, I quickly realized I was missing the point of the class, and putting WAY too much detail into the piece. While I am happy with the final result, I'm disappointed it took me so long to get there. I took a number of breaks while working on it to try and produce something more inline with the goal of the class, and that's when I created the bottom two.

The snowy landscape piece took longer than the rusty one. It was my mistake to not separate the mountains onto different layers, and that really hindered my workflow. I think ill benefit from a hybrid of your techniques. For example, I like organization and structure of the desert concept painting, but also the looseness of this technique. The rusty looking piece I did in a single night, and while it could be better, I think its my favorite out of these three.

Overall, I'm very proud to add these to my portfolio. Do you have any advice on doing things more efficiently? You have been instrumental in helping me on my journey, I only wish you had more courses! Thanks.
