This class includes many wonderful techniques that are easy enough for beginners. I may add more trees in the right foreground and I’m not happy with the blue underneath the island in the mid-ground, but I will leave it alone for now.

My attempt at the scraping technique made the colors dull, so I went over it with a  mossy green, but letting some of the other colors show through.

I am still new to using a flat brush, so the marks I made with the pine trees looked too “chunky” to me, so I switched to a smaller flat brush. 

I had another go at this project. I really enjoyed this class!
