Backgrounds are...not usually my strongest suit, and especially not designing them, This was such a refreshing approach to it. I'm still not sure on the far background, everything ended up getting rather light in tones, but I like how the rock details and the colors came out! And I love the sci fi/fantasy vibe it ended up having.
