Reverse coloured rose

I loved the freedom to pick any colour you like. It transformed embroidery from an old craft into a new art form. I chose a simple rose but messed with the expected colours. Thanks for the class, it was so much fun. p.s. the air erase pen was the best tip, although I had to keep redrawing it when I left it too long).
the petals got confusing, and it could use more dark and light areas to create depth. I also want to work on the smaller details when using one thread and making the edges of the elements sharper.
NB: the fabric is a light pink
