Lemon Lime Curd
Lemon and limes are in season at the moment. I had some curd/butter at my friend's place and decided to make it myself.
I loved how the colour of the lemons turned out. I put some into the little jars to give to family and friends.
90g butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
4 eggs, 1 yoke
2 limes (zest & juice)
2 lemons (zest & juice)
1 teaspoon salt
