For this project, I redesigned the DC Universe streaming app. The users are around the age 13 to 30 and the principals that I used were the following:

Feedback: I created the content to look like responsive buttons (rounded edges or drop shadows) that way the user will know it is clickable. I also have the navigation change color to allow the user to know what section they are at.

Familiarity & Clarity: With DC joining the streaming business it's important to stay familiar with what users know currently. I add the pop button for casting, shared titles of upcoming shows/movies, and users are able to direct to an organized category above.

Digestibility: If you know DC you know its a darkly comic, adding the dark personality to the app gets the user in the mood for what they will be watching/reading.
