This class has been a great inspiration and has forced me to take a more disciplined approach to posting and marketing on Instagram. The challenge has been excellent. My final tally, two weeks into applying the new marketing method, is 2 followers less than when I started. I am not worried about this really. I have gained and lost up to 7/8 followers over the weeks and the number remains fairly stable. What is of concern, is that my following is not growing. I don't have any answers.

A note on paid advertising on social media: I began taking social media marketing seriously several months ago. I have had some previous experience over the years and can definitely say that I feel that the algorithms have tightened things dramatically in recent times. I would go as far as to say that I am pessimistic. I have been paying to promote posts as well as hoping for organic reach, and I am not making any gains. I think that their new algorithms favor people with large budgets for advertising, and I feel as though my posts are being buried. I would be interested to know what other people experience.

Be that as it may, I am not going to let that put me off. I am going to continue to work at this project day after day. I must keep posting quality content. If nothing else, it forces me to be creative and strive for excellence. Thank you again, Ohn Mar Win
