It took me a while to finish this class, but finally my projects are here! :D

I felt really inspired by the alphabets that Irina taught us, so I created two of my own:

 

 

This is the fist alphabet I have ever painted with watercolors, it has a Foliage theme, I loved the whole process behind this one.

At fist I felt overwhelmed with all the letters I had to paint, but as I keept  going my hand started to get used to the movements and the details. I really like how the colors mixed together.

 

 

 

This one is a Floral and Girly alphabet, I wanted to make the flowers pop in a background made out with pastel colors, mixing them with a lot of water and similar tones.

I loved so much the final result, that I decided to paint one as a gift:

 

 

One of my dearest friends is having a baby girl, and she is naming her Julia, like me!! I was so excited when she told me news that it felt so natural for me to paint her this, as a Baby Shower present.

I have the illusion that when she grows up, she will still have this hand painted illustration hanging on her wall <3

 

Thank you so much dear Irina for this special and fun class, it was my first approach to paint letters with watercolors, I loved it!
