I help skinny-fat men build muscle, lose fat, and finally look like they train.

I’m Brad Newton, an online fitness coach with over 330,000 students worldwide. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve personally coached more than 1,000 skinny-fat men through full body transformations using structured training and evidence-based nutrition that works in real life.

I built my own physique while working night shifts, which is why my approach is designed for busy people who want results without relying on extreme diets or unsustainable routines.

I’m also the original creator of the Fitness Street series on YouTube, documenting Phuket’s world-famous fitness scene, home to gyms, training camps, and recovery centres that attract people from all over the world.

Alongside coaching, I’ve competed in bodybuilding with first place finishes, represented Team Australia on the world stage, and competed in the Hyrox Men’s Pro division. I’m also a lifetime natural athlete.

My coaching philosophy is simple: build a strong, muscular physique while getting lean through smart training, high-protein nutrition, and consistency.
