This is brilliant! I especially like the stitch direction on the forehead and how it creates dimensionality! And the rust tone details around the eyes. So well done!

Thanks :) I was new to embroidery, yes. I'd done a bit of painting before though.

What colors did u use for the skin?

To be honest, I don't know. They came from a 12-color thread set that I got in a store. There were no color codes. Not sure if I answered your question.

Thank you! It was just pure joy! Your workshop answered so many of the questions that I'd had, that I finally got the courage to try. Looking forward to improving my colors and doing more blending and trying out some braver moves.
