Thank yo, you are right. I am still struggling with planning and line quality. I also should have used smoother paper.

The physical form of the buildings and perspective are captured quite well. You just need to work more on observation so that you can improve accuracy and confidence of your lines. Avoid drawing with 2 lines when 1 line will do -- this makes the line art clearer, easier to read.

I used neutral black water color paint on Canson mixed media paper.
