mealplanning and extra tips!

I loved your class and this is actually the first class I send a project to!!!

mealplanning and extra tips! - image 1 - student project For me, I plan 1 week ahead. Because I have noticed that even when I got enthusiastic when making a large mealplanning, I didn't want to make that recipe when the day arrived I planned it. I have to be in a sort of flow to try new recipes...

But I think I will try this, I have been adding more recipes that I like to my repertoire. Nice use for my planner monthly view as well!!

1 tip I would like to add: you can repeat a month if you don't have a lot of time to plan. And maybe work out like two or three months and repeat those (maybe some meals in a different order, when your days are a bit different.)

another tip: in your grocery list, put the date when you want to use it, so you know what the expiring date is and if you have to get fresh produce in that week (and plan it!) Like fresh herbs or something... (or you can grow them yourself). Maybe you can switch two meals, so there's not a problem. And use freezer stuff if possible if the fresh stuff doesn't last long enough.

I am Dutch, so you might not understand what I wrote for my recipes :)
