direct light is my nemesis

direct light is my nemesis - student project

So I really took to heart the challenge of trying to take all my pictures in one day... let me tell you I did not enjoy taking photos of my model in direct light. I also found our location while great for back lit and lens flare photos left a lot to be desired for finding ways to attempt dapple lighting. I had never attempted photos during golden hour so this was definitely a learning experience and a lot of fun to at least try this type of lighting.

After feeling slightly defeated with the direct light I went back to the park where I had shot the previous day and attempted some self portraits since my model wasn't available. Self portraits are hard and added another layer of difficulty to this workshop.
