Update: I worked through this class again, still free-hand sketching in the small Etchr Journal, but I've learned a bit about how differently this paper responds that the Bockingford that Jane is using.  I was able to get a bit more softness and flow the second time around and I let the cling film dry completely this time--with a nice effect.  Still more to learn, but I'm happier with this second attempt.  

 

Great class!  Jane created a course that is easy to follow--I worked with heavier paint, and in a small, Etchr Water color journal-so drew the image free-hand, (3-1/2 x 7 inches), but I learned so much from her explanations as she painted and demonstrated.  I highly recommend her courses (and I will try this one again!)
