Dear Gurpreet, congratulations! On making this film. I love clear the story is. And how you use the bike as a metaphor for life. The message is clear, the theme is clear. Cinematography is really good and consistent. Well done! If you want any feedback, I would suggest checking out the editing pace. If you are in the position of re-visiting the edit, see what happens if you run through it again. One example is the first shot, it is a tad too long compared to the pace of the film - be careful, I'm not saying it should be shorter, just gently check out the over-all pace. Let me knew if you want more feedback :) - CONGRATS again!

Thanks for the reply sir, it means a lot. Actually I had another actor ready for the shoot but unfortunately, he was sick so I had to shoot with my uncle (yeah he is not an actor). I was a bit anxious about how it would go but in your class, you said just shoot and produce. So I carried on and I'm happy that I could learn from you. I loved Malevolent and I would surely love anything that you could teach me.

That's great to hear, the key is to vulnerability of action, the exposure to mistakes is what helps you evolve. This is the most difficult step Gurpreet, and you've past the first hurdle with flying colors. You might be working on a new film, regardless of that, here is an optional challenge for you: Remove the music and only use natural environment sounds (find them online or record them), use cycling sounds etc - and shorten the film by 10-20 seconds - this way, you will be able to evolve deeper into your work, and face the difficult challenge of re-visiting something you might consider to be finished - if you take this optional challenge, be sure to post the new edit here!
