Hi Noe, I love how you placed two hairstyles on one sketchbook spread—it looks very stylish!Great work on the braids. I’d recommend adding slightly darker areas to the hair to create a stronger contrast behind the striped ribbon of the bow. A helpful way to check contrast is to slightly narrow your eyes—you should clearly see which areas are lighter and which are darker.This reference is a bit tricky because the hair is light, and we want to keep that feeling, but at the same time, slightly deepening some tones will help make the ribbon stand out more.I completely understand the challenge with the knitted texture of the sweater—it’s not easy! But you still did a great job. The overall result looks beautiful, and the blue ribbon pairs wonderfully with the brown tones.

Great work Noelia! The hair and bows looks amazing. I like the blue one too, soft shining of the bow looks realistic. May I know which shades you used for the hair  and ribbon of the blue one

Thank you so much, Hafiza! I'd love to tell you the colors I used... but it's a piece I did a few months ago, and I'm kind of like an adult Dory, haha... I created it following a tutorial by the same artist on YouTube. From what I can see in the tutorial, she used Ultramarine Blue, Alizarin Crimson, Payne's Grey, Yellow Ochre, and Lavender, and I probably used the same colors. I hope this helps a little.

Hi Ale! What a lovely class for a rainy Sunday in Buenos Aires!
I found the negative stitch sweater part a bit challenging, but definitely interesting! Yesterday I was looking at my blank sketchbook page and thinking about how I wanted to fill it with another hair and bow design!
