This project was done on 12×9‑inch hot‑pressed watercolor paper. I used a photo of a friend’s dogs as my reference. I enjoyed using watercolor pencils for the final fur details. The process felt manageable because we worked on one area at a time before bringing everything together. This class gave me confidence, and I know these skills will help when I paint the dogs again in oil.

Below Is the oil painting on a 24x24" canvas.  Thanks to this course I was able to finish it and I am happy about the outcome.
