Thank you, dear Mitch, for this Lesson.

I love the Part about Relexation and also the 2 Minutes Practice to start and that I can increase the time after that every week.

I always tried to start with 20 - 30 Minutes, but now I realise, that this is the reason, why I'm frustrated after a while, because, I had to force myself, wihtout building a inner Habit.
