<p>Hi Hans! I love this painting, thank you so much for adding it her etc the project gallery. I'm really impressed with the colors, they are beautiful and the texture looks to me as though it's been applied so simply, yet it has a wonderful effect. It gives the whole piece that charm and character that I was going for in this class.. Well done! I am so pleased to know that you achieved this in Sketchbook Pro. Wow!! You get bonus points for that :) haha. And yes! I agree, layers have to be in your mind throughout the painting process. This becomes critical when you are working on a production and you have to hand your file off to someone else ... so yes, keep your layers organized. I hope you progress to Photoshop in the future, there is real potential here. Let me know if you do, or if you have any other questions?</p>

Thanks for your comments, really learned a lot from your class. I think if I keep practicing that I will be able to get a handle on digital illustration. I quite enjoy it.

I'll have to be more organized with layers in future projects. Layers always have to be in the back of your mind it seems.</p>
