This was a fun project. I created 8 potential layouts. I love them all and can't decide which to select.

I've decided I like balance but I also like asymmetry. I think it depends on the piece. Most of these sketches I could see as a 16x20 piece or smaller except for sketch 6 which I think would definitely require more breathing room around the 3 separate panels. I like interlacing the objects. It gives them a feel of connectivity.

In sketch 5 I really wanted to add a triangle but in trying to keep with the instructions of only circles and rectangles I used a series of rectangles to create a triangle. I like the balance it adds.

As much as like all of these I think my top favorites are sketch 3, 4, 6, and 7 are at the top of my list.
