In my mind I have a couple of places where I can improve my on camera capabilities,
I am not very good at improvising and speaking off the cuff.  I am getting better.
My lighting needs work, I need to figure out what is going on with the Bags under my eyes, And i need to be able to edit my videos better to be more engaging on camera ... Any other thoughts?
