Tips I use for a great day!

- Set up my agenda the day before
- Make sure the to do list portion has important steps for each goal - health (food plan, hydration plan), work out and the exact work out being done, what needs to be done around the house to keep it in balance.

-When I can, I set up the whole month with each monthly goal to make sure each day I am moving towards it. If it's written down, make it happen!!

-Set up the night before - Morning routine starts in the evening! Pre set any beverages or food, clean the house and make sure it's tidy for the AM, set out clothes and journal

-Wake up early enough to give yourself at least an hour towards inner reflection. Journal, meditation, walking. Anything that helps you assess your body and mind and the starting point
