This is My previous bad time table and there is no project in this course so now I have seen an entire course and then I will be adjust things from my point of view. The best new Techniques I have learn in this course is:

  • Plan before a day night to take advantage of your peak energy during the first 90 minutes of the day.
  • Prioritize your day with MITS (Most Important Tasks).
  • Parkinson's Law can be applied to manage time more effectively.
  • The Pomodoro technique can help with time allotment for efficient task completion.
  • Completing tasks using long tail and baby steps can provide more clarity.
  • Day-batching can help with task management and productivity.
  • Using Live chat and type racer website can increase typing speed and save time.
  • Use calendly for clients instead what's time you available and waiting for reply.
  • Carry a water bottle everywhere to stay hydrated and improve brain function.
  • Meditate for 5 minutes in the morning and evening to reduce stress and increase focus.
  • Create a productive workspace to enhance productivity.
  • Sleep for 7 hours and add a 30-minute nap if possible for optimal brain function.
  • Drink 9 glasses of water per day to remove brain toxins and handle tasks properly.
  • Mind only keeps us safe from physical and mental harm that's why we avoid bcz fear. • Always check emails when your energy levels are low. and also add these in above
