This was a wonderful class-very therapeutic. I saw some Skillshare friends projects and was excited to create my own. This project is especially meaningful to me. My mother was a wonderfully creative poet. She bravely went to college in her thirties and subsequently had hundreds of poems published including two of her own chapbooks. Sadly, my mother passed in July 2024. I did not inherit her writing talents (or optimistically, maybe they are just "well hidden"!!), but creating this project made me feel close with my mom- she would have loved this.

I'd like to do more of these from favorite songs or books. Thank you Elisabeth for this fantastic class!
