Hey Rob, This is a clean and professional email design. It feels trustworthy, and the button is easy to spot, which is important for a review request.-The main thing I would adjust is the wording around “5 Star.” Asking directly for a 5 star review can feel a little too pushy. A softer version would feel more natural and more credible.-The headline could be changed from “Did you think we’re 5 Star too?” to something like “How was your experience with Carlson?” or “Would you share your experience with us?”-There is a small grammar issue in the sentence: “We’d be elated to have leave a review for us as well!” It should be: “We’d be elated to have you leave a review for us as well.”-I’d also simplify the body copy a bit. For example: “We’re grateful to have been recognized by many clients over the years. If you had a positive experience with our team, we’d really appreciate you taking a moment to leave us a Google review.”-The button works well, but I would change it to “Leave a Google Review” without “Now.” It feels slightly less demanding.-Visually, the email is clear and easy to read. The design does not need much more decoration. For this kind of email, simple is better.Overall, this is a solid email. The main improvement is to make the request feel more natural and less like you’re asking people to confirm a perfect rating.
