This exercise was an eye opener for me. I first decided to watch this class as my oldest son is a bit of an introvert. Little did I know that I am too! And upon reflection, yes I definitely am. We are currently working on our home, little by little. I love reading in the evening once the kids are in bed, take a little time for myself and decompress so I made a temporary little reading corner using our current couch in the living room. I will definitely be incorporating a lot of the tips in this class and putting in a lot of thought as we are re-designing our space to eventually include a real little happy corner for myself and my son.
