This is my second Barbara class and, again, I so enjoyed the peaceful ritual of sketching a teapot in my sketchbook every day. I wasn't that pleased with the first 2 I did along with Barbara, but then I branched out and ended up with a few I am actually proud of. I think the blue and burnt sienna teapot is my favorite. I created the texture with table salt. I used my Winsor & Newton watercolor pencil set and some Prismacolor Premier regular colored pencils I had stashed in a drawer. I have really enjoyed adding a mixed-media aspect to my sketches.
