What a wonderfully playful and fun class! I used my mom’s garden as inspiration.

I tried leaf rubbing with crayons, colored pencils, and oil pastels. I thought the crayons gave the best overall result. The oil pastels were bright but less detailed. I also tried darker paper and a vellum type paper - fun to experiment with but I didn’t love the result.
