Strategic PA Skills: Time, Tools & Teamwork

As part of the Productive Skills for Personal Assistants course, this project summarizes the key techniques I learned and how I would apply them in a real-world personal or executive assistant role.
I explored:
- Time management frameworks like task batching and calendar blocking
- How to anticipate executive needs and stay one step ahead
- Communication strategies for being an effective gatekeeper
- Digital and physical organizational skills
- Basic office machinery operation and scheduling tools
These skills will help me support leaders more efficiently, stay organized under pressure, and be a proactive problem-solver in fast-paced environments.
This course has helped me sharpen both my mindset and my workflow to perform at a higher professional level as an assistant.
