This was a photo I took during the George Floyd Protest. This building is an auto shop that was burnt to the ground. This wall was still standing and here is a message that says "Stop Violence" with a painting of kids playing on the bars. You can see the burnt marks the fire created when it came out from the windows of the building and the side of the building. This is a very powerful image to me because as the city is up in flames, here is a message of hope to stop the violence, but as you see the burnt marks, it now looks like the children are now hanging on to dear life trying to get away from the burnt areas.
