Standby Kit

Standby Kit - student project

When you’re on set, having a stand-by is key, but it’s important to make sure they have the right tools to do the job properly. In this article, I’m going to talk about all the make-up and tools you should give your stand-by to take with them on set.

First of all, you’ll need a full range of make-up products. This includes foundation, concealer, powder, bronzer, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lip liner, lipstick and lip balm. You should also have a variety of brushes for each product, plus a makeup sponge and a couple of clean cloths.

Next, you’ll need a range of hair products and tools. This includes a comb, brush, hairspray, mousse, serum, and a variety of styling products. You’ll also need a hairdryer, straighteners, curling tongs, and a range of clips, pins and bands.

Finally, you’ll need to consider the safety of those on set. This means that you must have a range of disposable tools, such as sponges, brushes, and applicators. You should also have a range of sanitising products to keep everyone safe.

So there you have it, your guide to the make-up and tools you should give your stand-by to take with them on set. Remember to keep the COVID19 regulations in mind and make sure that you have the right tools for the job. Good luck!
