I am still getting used to how light and dark different things should be and what the color will be once everything dries. The shadow is a bit too dark, but I am generally happy with how this turned out. It went through an ugly phase, but I studied the reference photo and lifted out color to make some areas lighter and added darker color where needed. This is a handmade 100% cotton paper. It feels different from what I’m used to, but it held up well.
