Quite a fun project which was easier and quicker to paint than I thought it would be. 

 

I tried the splashing technique on this orca painting. The image is from the book The Art of Painting Sea Life in Watercolor by Walter Foster. I changed the bottom part by adding the splashes.

 I may try painting this again with less background.
