I'd been wanting to find ways of quickening my process and felt perhaps this method would still give me flexibility yet still retain my style. I very rarely use the pen or pencil tool and I was pleasantly surprised with the results.

I had never used the pen tool to 'write' or do a version of hand lettering. With a bit to trial and error I was able to achieve quite refined results and I was certainly quicker too, which is a real bonus. As I can't seem to manage illustrations without a bit of texture I took it over to PS for a bit of shading. Thank you so much Dylan for this great class which gave me the inspiration to try something different and I'm exceeding pleased with my love potions.
